Science Fun in the Sun: Fun & Educational Activities for Youth
Who: Youth between the ages of 11-14. Youth are expected to attend all days of programming (illness excepted)
Focus: Animal related science and service learning
When: August 6-22, 1p.m. to 4p.m. Monday through Friday

Spring Cleanup for Seniors in April and May
Volunteers of all ages will help local seniors get their yards ready for spring during the NYFS Spring Clean Up for Seniors in April and May. NYFS is looking for volunteers who are willing to spend a few hours improving the lives of area seniors in need of help with outdoor yard chores. Seniors living in NYFS’ primary service area are also welcome to sign up for help through this event.
The cleanup will be held rain or shine. NYFS will provide pizza and refreshments after the event. If you can’t make it to the cleanup, additional volunteer opportunities may be available for you or your group.
