Northeast Youth & Family Services is offering a 5-session beginner’s guide to learning and incorporating mindfulness practices into daily life.

About Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention on the present. Benefits of mindfulness include reduced anxiety, greater personal peace and better relationships with yourself and the people around you.

Speakers Bureau

Our Speaker’s bureau can send someone to speak at your workplace, event or civic function on a variety of topics including positive parenting of teens, managing family conflict and effective stress/anxiety management techniques.
