Free mental health listening sessions available


Youth, adults and families living in White Bear Lake can receive up to three free mental health listening sessions with a licensed therapist at NYFS. 

Participants can get answers to their mental health questions, learn about local resources and discover new techniques to help them and their families cope during these stressful times. Sessions can be held in person, by phone or via telehealth. All sessions are confidential and no intake is required. Call today to set up a time to meet with a therapist: 651-429-8544
